EU4Health call for a programme of continuous learning within a European Health Union Professional Network

Building on the existing training programmes and the landscape of stakeholders active in capacity-building for health policy in Europe, this framework contract aims at providing a unique fellowship programme of continued professional development for European health policy professionals.

The programme shall not only teach existing EU-level policy tools but also focus on practical applications, including how to effectively embed them in national health policies. The training will emphasise the importance of cross-border cooperation by sharing best practices among EU Member States. At the end of the fellowship, participants will have a thorough understanding of the entire EU health policy landscape and acquired skills on how to engage with EU health policy stakeholders.

The aim is to build, through a continued training, a robust and growing EU network of peers who can act as go-to persons on EU health policy questions in the Ministries of Health and relevant departments across national administrations, participate in EU policies and programmes, effectively using EU instruments and contribute to build a strong European Health Union.

Budget: maximum ceiling EUR 5 000 000
