EU HEROES Policy Dialogue: “What comes next? Strengthening health workforce data for future-ready systems in Europe”

As healthcare systems face growing pressure from demographic change, workforce shortages and evolving models of care, reliable and comparable data are essential. This policy-focused dialogue will explore practical solutions to key challenges affecting the quality, availability and use of health workforce data.

The dialogue is organised by partners of the EU4Health Joint Action HEROES on health workforce planning. It will bring together policymakers, experts, and stakeholders to exchange views and experiences on improving health workforce data for effective planning.
