The 2nd European Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) Specialists Conference will take place in Antwerp, Belgium, from October 23–25, 2025, focusing on collaborative advancements in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of CMT, a rare inherited neuromuscular disease. Organised by the European CMT Research Association (ECRA), European CMT Federation (ECMTF), and the University of Antwerp, the event will feature sessions on basic science, genetics, therapy development, clinical trials, and will include platforms for networking and the mentorship of junior scientists and clinicians. The conference aims to foster partnerships and produce concrete outcomes to address the challenges of rare disease research.
