Digital Europe Programme calls completed with 65 proposals received

The Health and Digital Executive Agency has completed two calls under the Digital Europe Programme: European Digital Innovation Hubs - Associated countries (EDIHs with reinforced AI focus) and Accelerating the Best Use of Technologies. 

The two calls have received a total of 65 proposals by the 2 September 2025 deadline (47 for DIGITAL-2025-BESTUSE-08 and 18 for DIGITAL-2025-EDIH-AC-08). 

A third call under the Digital Europe Programme, Advanced Digital Skills (DIGITAL-2025-SKILLS-08) is still open, accepting proposals before 2 October 2025. 

Background information 

The Digital Europe Programme aims to build the EU’s strategic digital capacities and facilitate the deployment of digital technologies. With an overall budget of €7.5 billion, of which €0.8 billion is managed by HADEA, the programme supports investments in high performance computing, cloud, data, and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, advanced digital skills, and accelerating best use of technologies.
