Discover HaDEA-managed projects at the Open Community Experience event

Several HaDEA-managed projects will participate in the Eclipse Foundation’s Open Community Experience (OCX), taking place in Brussels from 21 to 23 April 2026.

The three-day event will join developers, architects, and open-source innovators to explore the latest advancements in AI-driven software engineering, cognitive computing, and Europe’s digital infrastructure.

Multiple Horizon Europe-funded projects will participate at OCX, each highlighting advancements in modern software development and digital transformation:

• HIVEMIND is a multi-agent AI framework designed to support software development teams by harnessing AI, data, and language technologies. The key objective of the project is reducing human error and accelerating workflows.
• The objective of the MOSAICO project is to create a platform where AI agents work together. Since collaboration among multiple AI agents could improve accuracy and reliability, this is the method used to fix bugs of large language models such as ‘hallucinations’, where AI generates incorrect information.
• ENACT is creating a smart Cognitive Computing Continuum that uses AI to optimise edge and cloud resources, boosting energy use. With its open-source tools, developers can build self-adjusting applications that run seamlessly across distributed systems. Demonstrated in real-world scenarios, ENACT enhances the flexibility and sustainability of modern computing.
• AI4SWEng is building an AI-powered platform to support developers facing the growing complexity of software and AI development, where high-pressure deadlines often create unsustainable stress. Its aim is to assist developers by reducing workload stress and boost productivity, creativity, and job satisfaction. With a user-centric and customisable design, the platform enables teams to adapt tools to their specific workflows and needs.
• The AERO project is building an open-source software ecosystem to enhance the European Processor Initiative (EPI) hardware, making it efficient and easier to integrate into cloud environments. By improving performance, energy efficiency, and security, the project also encourages adoption of European cloud platforms and infrastructure, supporting a seamless transition for users.
