HaDEA highlights lessons learnt and best practices across Safer Internet and European Digital Media Observatory hubs projects at cluster event

On 5 December, HaDEA will host a cluster event for Safer Internet and European Digital Media Observatory (EDMO) hubs projects to showcase lessons learnt and best practices from the areas of internet safety for children and young people, and disinformation. HaDEA manages a portfolio of 28 Grants for Safer Internet with Safer Internet Centres running in EU Member states, EEA and associated countries. For EDMO hubs, there are currently 15 hubs that receive EU funding to strengthen the European response to disinformation.

This in-person event in Brussels aims to bring together beneficiaries from both these two fields to connect, exchange insights, and deepen their understanding of project activities, success stories and challenges.

In terms of content, the programme will explore key themes related to media and information literacy, and awareness-raising communication campaigns. Six projects will deliver presentations highlighting diverse national activities, lessons learnt and best practices.
