New publication: 'An insight into successful raw materials projects Vol. 5'

HaDEA has published “An insight into successful raw materials projects Vol. 5”. This publication presents a selection of projects under the Horizon Europe Programme that are driving innovation in the field of critical raw materials.

Securing sustainable and resilient raw materials is essential for Europe’s green and digital transitions. With the Critical Raw Materials Act now in force and the Clean Industrial Deal reinforcing Europe’s industrial competitiveness, research and innovation remain key to strengthening Europe’s strategic autonomy.

Under #HorizonEU and #Horizon2020, the European Commission continues to invest in technologies that boost circularity, sustainability and access to critical raw materials. Between 2021 and 2024, 60 EU-funded projects received a total of €456.6 million to advance exploration, recovery, reuse and recycling solutions across the raw materials value chain.
