Gießen, Germany  Gießen is a university city in central Hesse. With a population of 91,255 inhabitants, Gießen represents one of the main centres in the region. The WiFi4EU network is active in Gießen since June 2021; since then, the WiFi4EU hotspots – located in several institutional and university buildings, are providing free connection to citizens and students. |

Kranjska Gora, Slovenia  Kranjska Gora is a town in north-western Slovenia, close to the Austrian and Italian borders. Kranjska Gora is best known as a winter sports town, being situated in the Julian Alps and it annually hosts several events dedicated to winter sports. The recently installed WiFi4EU network provides to citizens and tourists of Kranjska Gora free Wi-Fi access in several locations of the town, such as sport complexes, touristic sites and libraries. |
