EU4Health 2024 call for proposals - crisis preparedness

EU4Health call for proposals 2024 - crisis preparedness

HaDEA has published the call for proposals for EU action grants in the area of crisis preparedness, under the EU4Health Annual Work Programme 2024:

Total budget: €149 000 000

Interested parties are invited to send in their application by 5 September 2024, 17:00 CEST.

This action supports the policy priority to enhance crisis preparedness and response for future health emergencies in relation to medical countermeasures, with a focus on priority pathogens with pandemic potential. It implements the EU4Health Programme’s general objective of improving the availability, accessibility and affordability of crisis-relevant products.

Check out the presentations and recording from the dedicated info session that took place on 29 May.

Background

EU4Health is the fourth and largest of the EU health programmes. The EU4Health programme goes beyond an ambitious response to the COVID-19 crisis to address the resilience of European healthcare systems. The programme provides funding to national authorities, health organisations and other bodies through grants and public procurement, contributing to a healthier Europe.

HaDEA manages the vast majority of the total EU4Health budget and implements the programme by managing calls for proposals and tenders from 2021 to 2027.
