The event will take place at the Charlemagne Conference Centre, Rue de la Loi 170, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. A livestream will also be available online, the link will be published closer to the date.

Public transport
The venue is located near Schuman metro station (lines 1 & 5) and Bruxelles–Schuman railway station.
- Bus: Line 12 from Brussels Airport to Schuman (approx. 30 minutes, ~€7.50).
- Taxi: ~20 minutes from Brussels Airport, ~€50.
- Train: Direct trains from Brussels Airport to Schuman every 15 minutes, ~€8.
From Brussels Central Station
Take metro line 1 (to Stockel) or line 5 (to Herrmann-Debroux). Get off at Schuman.
From Brussels South Station
Take metro line 2 or 6 (to Arts-Loi), change to line 1 or 5 and continue to Schuman.
Car
Limited parking is available. Vehicles entering Brussels from outside Belgium must be registered for the Low Emission Zone.

- Online participation: No registration is required. The livestream access link will be published on this page closer to the event date, and online attendees will be able to participate interactively (e.g. submitting questions and voting via Slido).
