HaDEA manages EU4Health funding through grants & public procurement (open calls) as well as through Joint Actions and direct grants that support the EU countries.
How to apply?
Applications must be submitted via the Funding & Tenders Portal (FTP).
All organisations that wish to apply must first register in the Participant Register. On the FTP, applicants can also look for project partners.
More information on funding opportunities and the application process can be found in the dedicated factsheet.
Additional guidance on how to submit a proposal via the FTP is available in an online manual and a dedicated video.
Proposals must meet the priorities identified in the relevant annual work plan of the EU4Health Programme.
The proposals are evaluated by HaDEA together with external experts. Interested experts can register to evaluate future proposals.
Who can apply?
The EU4Health Programme will provide funding to eligible legal entities from the Member States, third countries associated to it, or listed in the annual work programme created under Union law or an international organisation such as health organisations, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), the private sector and other eligible legal entities.
The detailed rules are specified in the annual work plan and the subsequent calls for proposals and calls for tenders published each year.
Please note: Only legally established organisations are eligible to apply.
