EU4Health
The EU4Health Programme provides funding to:
Eligible legal entities from EU countries;
Eligible legal entities from non-EU countries associated to the Programme, or listed in the annual work programmes;
Eligible legal entities created under Union law;
Eligible international organisations.
The EU4Health Annual Work Programmes specify the eligible entities for each topic together with the objectives, scope, activities, expected results and impact. The detailed rules and requirements to apply for the specific topics are specified in the calls.
The funded activities take place in the eligible countries.

Managing your grant
The Grant Agreement must be prepared directly in the Portal Grant Management System. Follow the necessary steps:
Making an amendment
If there are any changes to the Grant Agreement or its annexes, these must be done through a formal amendment directly in the Portal (electronic signature). More information is available on the Funding and Tenders Portal.
Reporting and payments
In order to receive payments, the consortium must submit periodic reports (following the schedule set out in the Grant Agreement). When these are due, they must be submitted directly in the Periodic Reporting Module of the Portal Grant Management System.

Communication and dissemination
All recipients of EU funding have a general obligation to acknowledge the origin and ensure the visibility of any EU funding received, as specified in the EU visibility guidelines.
