Horizon Europe – Digital covers the development of key digital technologies, supporting a green and digital transformation as well as a human-centred ethical development of emerging digital technologies for competitiveness and the European Green Deal.
HaDEA supports digital research by managing the Digital part of Cluster 4 ‘Digital, Industry and Space’ of the Horizon Europe programme (€2.1 billion for 2021-23), and the legacy programme Horizon 2020.
HaDEA plays an important role in the implementation of the Horizon Europe programme by organising the evaluation process and managing the lifecycle of the selected projects together with Directorate-general CNECT and other Directorates-general for the Destinations ‘Resilient Industry’, ‘Green and digitised production’, ‘Digital emerging technologies’ and ‘Human-centred technologies’
