Balancing continuing learning and professional practice - TRANSiTION project's final event

Over the last 2.5 years, the EU4Health TRANSiTION project developed an innovative training curriculum to provide advanced digital skills to cancer care professionals across Europe. It’s also learned valuable lessons along the way.

As the project concludes, two distinct closing events are organised: 

• 16 September – Balancing continuing learning and professional practice: Addressing the needs of cancer professionals in the work environment
• 23 September – Empowering the digital oncology workforce: The legacy of the TRANSiTION Project

The first one, an interactive workshop, will:

• Explore the unique challenges oncology professionals face in sustaining continuing medical education;
• Discuss how training programmes can remain adaptable over time, stress, and systemic change;
• Share practical insights to support professionals in balancing learning with high-pressure work environments.
