NGOs are key actors to provide aid at the European, national and local levels. In the field of health, they are sometimes the first line of action during emergencies and are essential in bridging the gap between institutions and patients and facilitating communication.

To support NGOs in implementing the objectives of the EU4Health programme, HaDEA has launched the call for proposals for operating grants to non-governmental organisations.
