HaDEA has launched a ‘Service Contract for Analysis on Workforce Availability, Education and Training Needs for the Quality and Safety of Medical Applications Involving Ionising Radiation in the EU’.
The aim of this call for tenders is to provide an analysis on workforce availability, education and training needs to ensure quality and safety of medical applications involving ionising radiation in Europe. The service contract also foresees the development of staffing and education/training guidelines for key professional groups involved in ensuring radiation safety and quality of medical radiation applications in EU countries.
The call supports the objectives of the EU cancer plan to prevent cancer through screening and early detection, and to optimise diagnostics and treatment.
Duration of the contract: 24 months
Estimated total value: €500.000
Deadline extended: All interested parties are invited to send their applications by 22 April 2022, 16:00 (CET).
