The EU’s digital strategy has the ambition to foster Europe’s 'Digital Decade' with strengthening its digital sovereignty and set global standards for digital data, technology, and infrastructure. Under the Digital Europe Programme, HaDEA is funding projects that build the strategic digital capacities of the EU and facilitate a wide deployment of digital technologies.
To evaluate project proposals submitted under the upcoming Digital Europe Programme calls, HaDEA is looking for experts with knowledge and professional experience in one or more of the following (or related) areas:
