Horizon Europe Space Research call 2024 open for submissions

With a total budget of €46.3 million, the Horizon Europe Space Research call 2024 offers a variety of exciting collaboration opportunities for the space community.

New call for: Destination 5 'Open strategic autonomy in developing, deploying and using global space-based infrastructures, services, applications and data’, under 'Horizon Europe Cluster 4 - Digital, Industry and Space' will fund projects in four topics:

• Copernicus for Land and Water (HORIZON-CL4-2024-SPACE-01-35 ; Research and Innovation Action) – available budget €4 million
• Copernicus for Security (HORIZON-CL4-2024-SPACE-01-36 ; Research and Innovation Action) – available budget: €8 million
• Quantum Space Gravimetry Phase-B study & Technology Maturation (HORIZON-CL4-2024-SPACE-01-64 ; Research and Innovation Action) – available budget: €14.2 million
• Space technologies for European non-dependence and competitiveness (HORIZON-CL4-2024-SPACE-01-73 ; Research and Innovation Action) – available budget: €20.1 million

The deadline for this call, which is being managed by HaDEA, is 21 March 2024.
